Donate and Support Children Like Chisomo
Meet Chisomo, an eleven-year-old student in Malawi. Until recently, she had little access to books or learning materials beyond her classroom walls. But thanks to donors like you and the dedication of ALP’s local partners, her school now has a vibrant library — filled with stories that reflect her world and guided by trained local facilitators.
Now, Chisomo spends her afternoons exploring new stories that spark her imagination and curiosity. Once unsure of what her future might hold, she now dreams of becoming a scientist. With books in her hands, a world of possibilities has opened before her.
